Bellussì Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut

Extra brut sparkling wine obtained from a selection of grapes grown in the mountains of Val di Cembra, Trentino region, and harvested exclusively by hand. The vinification is carried out in white with a partial cold maceration and a soft pressing. It is a dry, fragrant wine with good structure, enhanced by careful and long sparkling wine making. It is a versatile wine, suitable for any occasion. Ideal as an aperitif and perfect to serve with cold, raw dishes.
