White wine obtained from Sylvaner grapes from the Isarco Valley (Alto Adige). Today this vine is mainly grown in the Isarco Valley, preferring slopes that are not too high, well ventilated and sunny.
It is characterised by a pleasantly fresh and fruity aroma, with hints of peach, apple and apricot. Dry and savoury flavour, pleasantly fresh, and harmonious body.
