TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The recipient must check the condition of the goods before collection and, in the event of damage, breakage, loss, dispersion, tampering, theft, loss, etc., must make the necessary reservations and complaints to the carrier, the House being relieved of all liability and obligation to compensate with the delivery of the goods to the carrier. Therefore, please check the goods upon their arrival, notifying the courier, if necessary, of any deficiencies and ensuring that the consignee makes the necessary annotations on the shipment receipt, signing them.
2. Any complaints for defects in quality or for faults in the goods or for the nature or substance of the goods must be notified directly to the House within 8 days of receipt by registered mail with return receipt. After this period the buyer will lose all right to complain. In the event of a timely complaint deemed well-founded by it, the House will not be held to anything other than the replacement of the goods.
3. No payment is valid unless made directly to our House. Any irregularity in payments exempts Bellussi Spumanti Srl from the execution of contracts and orders in progress.
4. Insofar as it is not provided for in these conditions, reference is made to the legislative regulations in force in Italy. For any disputes, the court under whose jurisdiction the House is located is competent. The client elects his domicile there.
