The Grande Cuvée Extra Dry is a versatile wine, capable of enhancing numerous dishes with its freshness and balanced bouquet.

Ideal for starting with refined appetizers like white fish tartare shrimp salads or tuna paté crostini. Perfect also with vegetable tempura and light fried dishes thanks to its balanced acidity.

It pairs beautifully with seafood first courses such as shrimp linguine or cuttlefish ink risotto and stuffed pasta seasoned with delicate sauces. Excellent too for vegetarian dishes like ricotta and aromatic herb ravioli or leek quiche.

Among main courses it is perfect for grilled fish sea bass en papillote or citrus-flavored sea bream. It pairs well also with light white meats such as chicken cooked in white wine or turkey with lemon caper sauce.

Thanks to its light sweetness it accompanies desserts like lemon mousse butter biscuits and fresh fruit-based desserts providing a refined conclusion to the meal.

The Grande Cuvée Extra Dry is produced using the Charmat method which enhances the freshness and aromas of the grapes. Soft pressing and careful blending of selected varieties ensure a high-quality result ideal for celebrating every occasion in style.
