The Prosecco DOC Brut is an extremely versatile wine, capable of enhancing every course thanks to its freshness and dry balanced taste.

Perfect for accompanying light refined appetizers like smoked salmon crostini, seafood salads and white fish carpaccio. It pairs well also with grilled vegetables or fresh cheese mousse for a touch of elegance.

Among first courses it marries with delicate risottos such as asparagus or lemon risotto and light pasta dishes seasoned with white fish sauces or fresh vegetables. Excellent too with vegetarian dishes like ricotta and spinach ravioli.

With main courses it expresses itself best with fish-based preparations like baked sea bass stuffed calamari or grilled octopus. It pairs gracefully also with white meats such as herb-roasted chicken or lemon-glazed turkey.

Thanks to its dry nature it is ideal for accompanying desserts that are not too sweet such as tarts filled with fresh fruit butter biscuits or a soft lemon cake.

Vinification Process

Produced using the Charmat method the Prosecco DOC Brut is obtained through soft pressing at a maximum yield of 70%. The long fermentation preserves the freshness and fragrance of Glera grapes ensuring a high-quality sparkling wine.
