Gastronomic Pairings

The Natöra Müller Thurgau DOC 2023 is a versatile wine, perfect for enhancing fresh and aromatic dishes.

Excellent with butter and anchovy crostini smoked trout carpaccio or salmon tartare. It also suits accompanying fresh salads with citrus fruits and toasted seeds.

Ideal for porcini mushroom risottos gnocchi with butter and marjoram or light veloutés like Jerusalem artichoke puree. Perfect too for basil and lemon pesto pasta.

It elegantly accompanies steamed fish dishes like cod with dill sauce or cuttlefish stew. Excellent also with grilled white meats such as herb-marinated chicken breast.

Vinification Process

The grapes are harvested manually and processed using soft pressing to preserve their integrity. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperature followed by aging on noble lees in stainless steel tanks which gives the wine complexity and fullness. Recommended to consume within 3-5 years to best appreciate its qualities.
