PINOT GRIGIO DOC

The Natöra Pinot Grigio DOC 2023 is an elegant and refined white wine, produced with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Isarco Valley, in Alto Adige. This variety, one of the noblest of the Burgundy vine family, finds its ideal habitat in the gravelly and clayey soils of this Alpine valley. Thanks to the altitude and the high temperature variations, the wine acquires an extraordinary aromatic complexity and a unique character. The vinification takes place with delicate techniques to preserve the integrity of the grapes, giving the wine an unmistakable finesse and freshness.

Gastronomic Pairings

The Natöra Pinot Grigio DOC 2023 is a versatile wine, ideal for accompanying a variety of dishes thanks to its freshness and aromatic balance.

Excellent with white fish carpaccio shrimp tartare or crostini with fresh cheese and honey. Perfect also with seafood salads.

It pairs beautifully with delicate risottos like zucchini and mint risotto or stuffed pasta seasoned with butter and sage. Ideal too for vegetable veloutés like asparagus cream or pumpkin puree.

Perfect for steamed fish such as trout fillets or sea bream and light white meats like herb-roasted chicken or lemon-glazed turkey. It suits well also vegetarian dishes such as leek quiche or vegetable timbales.

Vinification Process

The grapes are processed using soft pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine matures on noble lees in stainless steel tanks to enhance its structure and aromatic complexity. Thanks to the reduced use of sulphites the purity of the wine is preserved reflecting at best the unique character of the terroir in the Isarco Valley.
