Natöra Sylvaner DOC 2023 is an elegant white wine, obtained from 100% Sylvaner grapes grown in the suggestive Isarco Valley, in Alto Adige. This vine, grown mainly on well-ventilated and sunny slopes at an altitude between 520 and 850 meters, benefits from a unique microclimate, characterized by strong temperature variations that enhance the aromatic complexity. Thanks to careful vinification and a reduced use of sulphites, the wine best expresses the purity and freshness of the territory, making it an authentic celebration of nature.

Gastronomic Pairings

The Natöra Sylvaner DOC 2023 is a versatile and refined wine, perfect for enhancing a wide range of dishes.

Ideal with crostini featuring fresh cheese white fish carpaccio or shrimp tartare. Excellent also with seafood salads and grilled vegetables.

It pairs beautifully with creamy risottos like asparagus or lemon risotto and light pasta dishes seasoned with fish or fresh vegetable sauces. Perfect too for leek or pumpkin veloutés.

Elegantly accompanies baked or steamed fish dishes such as sea bass with aromatic herbs or citrus-flavored salmon. It suits well also light white meats like lemon-glazed chicken or spiced turkey.

Vinification Process

The grapes are harvested and processed using soft pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine matures on noble lees in stainless steel tanks a process that enhances its aromatic complexity and structure. Store in a dark environment at a constant temperature preferably not exceeding 15°C to maintain its characteristics intact for up to 3-5 years.
