Bellussì Blanc de Noir Millesimato Brut is a sparkling wine of great refinement, obtained exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the hilly vineyards of Oltrepò Pavese. The white vinification involves partial cold maceration and soft pressing, enhancing the aromatic qualities of the grape variety. Thanks to a careful and long sparkling process, this sparkling wine is dry, fragrant and well-structured, ideal for special and convivial occasions. Its versatility makes it perfect both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fresh and raw dishes.

This technique enhances the aromatic notes of Pinot Noir, ensuring superior quality and fine persistent perlage. It is recommended to consume it within three years of production to best appreciate its qualities.
